How it works (i.e. the fees):
- $100.00 per hour for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning, $90.00 per hour for electrical, $80.00 for general construction and handyman work, plus a $35.00 service charge/call out fee. Minimum Charge $35.00 service charge plus two hours plus materials.
- I prefer to buy quality parts from trusted local supply houses, and if I supply the parts I will guarantee both the parts and my labor for 1 year (some parts may also have a longer manufacturers warranty.)
- If you have already bought parts from a store (such as home depot or lowes) I will warranty my labor but not the parts.
See, the fees are simple to understand, I provide free guesstimates, nothing is hidden, and I won't rip you off....
